Executives

For elite Muslim men who guide teams and shape outcomes, but feel a disconnect between their achievement and their purpose.
If your achievements are many, but the purpose you seek is missing,
This is for you.
You have achieved what many only dream of. But the higher you have climbed, the lonelier it has become.

There is no safe place to open up. To speak of the strain feels like a risk to your career, a threat to the image you have worked so hard to protect.

Your career might be built, your influence established, your leadership respected, but with that success comes a weight that is heavy to carry.

The deadlines, the decisions, the constant expectations can feel overwhelming, and some days it seems as if the responsibility itself is crushing.
And you carry it all in silence.

Beneath it all lies a question that will not go away.

You have achieved much, but has it built anything that will truly last? You feel the emptiness, the longing for a deeper purpose, a legacy of blessings, a life that will carry meaning when you stand before Allah.

With Miraj, you will:

Sharpen your vision so your decisions carry clarity and conviction, even under constant pressure.
Elevate your success into something greater by shaping people, communities, and institutions with faith at the forefront.
Restore balance by mastering the inner life of a leader, strengthening resilience, and renewing your sense of purpose.
Step into a circle of trust with fellow leaders, where you are understood, supported, and no longer alone in the weight you carry.

Following the Prophetic methodology
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was the most effective leader in history. He built people, shaped institutions, and left a legacy that has endured for centuries. His model of leadership is the foundation of Miraj, a framework designed for men who have achieved outward success but seek greater clarity, resilience, and impact.

2. Tazkiyah

Tazkiyyah is self-mastery. It strengthens emotional intelligence, steadiness, and resilience under stress. It helps leaders manage pressure without burning out, handle conflict without ego, and inspire trust through character.

3. Umran

Umran is about building legacy. It reframes achievement into lasting contribution. It asks not only what you have built, but who you have elevated, what you have sustained, and how your leadership will be remembered long after titles and accolades fade.

This program helps established leaders reconnect their success with Allah, find strength in trusted brotherhood, and transform their career.
Those whose transformation has already begun
"I have interacted with Br. Ashequl Hoque in various settings and was always impressed by his sincerity, thoughtfulness, and ability to distill complex challenges into actionable insights. His blend of professionalism and deeni tarbiyah makes his guidance especially valuable for faith leaders. In my 20 years of serving as an imam and running an Islamic seminary, I went through many struggles without the benefit of such a structured program. The Miraj Collective, based on prophetic principles, is long overdue, and I am confident it will be an invaluable investment for imams, teachers, and scholars striving to lead with excellence."
Mufti Minhajuddin Ahmed - DarusSalam Seminary, Lombard, IL
"I went to Othman because I felt like i was stuck...He pushed me to redefine "success" for myself, identify and prioritize what's important to achieve it, become more intentional with my time and actions, and really define the "why" behind my goals."
Muhammed - Big Tech
"Working with Br. Asheq has helped bring more clarity and balance into our leadership. His ability to integrate prophetic principles with practical frameworks is rare and deeply needed. Programs like Miraj are essential for imams and community leaders today. We often serve everyone else but rarely have the structured support to strengthen our own leadership and well-being."
Mufti Abdul Wahab Waheed - Miftaah Institute
"I was winding down a dark path of depression, lack of trust, feeling lost and my self-confidence crumbling...Othman's clarity, believing in me, energy and him sharing his vulnerabilities
reassured me that I am not alone and this journey is achievable by anyone."
Big 4
"Miraj is an exciting initiative that I hope will pave the way for faith leaders to serve with higher degrees of excellence. The combined knowledge, experience, and skill sets of the coaches enable them to offer modules that will be both grounding and transformative in sha Allah. Investing in the growth of our imams, teachers, scholars, and community leaders is essential for our future success in this country."
Shaykh Yahya Rhodus - Al-Maqasid
"Working with Othman has been truly transformative. His guidance has deepened my understanding of myself and my spiritual journey."
Usman - Big Tech
