If your community depends on you but inside you feel you need support,
This is for you.
You stand at the front of your community. You guide, you counsel, you teach, you answer the call whenever it comes.

To your people you are the source of stability, the one who carries their questions and their pain. You hold the trust of amanah, a sacred responsibility placed on your shoulders.

But even the strongest hearts grow weary. The weight of organizing, administration, and constant responsibility leaves you exhausted. Too often, you carry it alone, with no space to share your struggles and no one to lean on for support.

It feels like you are constantly putting out fires and applying quick fixes, rather than building what you always envisioned. The professional skills and systems that could ease the load feel just out of reach, and the loneliness of leadership makes the burden even heavier.

The vision that once inspired you becomes clouded by the chaos around you. The demands of the community pull you in every direction, leaving little space for your own aspirations, your own family, and your own soul.

With Miraj, you will:

Develop professional and organizational skills that make your leadership sustainable and your work more impactful.
Provide support networks that help provide guidance on key challenges.
Renew your heart through Tazkiyyah, building resilience, balance, and presence in your worship and service.
Rediscover strength in Tawheed, realigning your vision and leadership with Allah at the center.

Following the Prophetic methodology
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was the greatest teacher and guide. His way joined clarity of faith, discipline of the self, and service to others. This Prophetic framework is the foundation of Miraj and the path for Islamic leaders who carry the amanah of their communities and need renewal to serve with strength and vision.
This program will amplify your knowledge with practical frameworks in organizational strategy and managing talent.
Those whose transformation has already begun
"I have interacted with Br. Ashequl Hoque in various settings and was always impressed by his sincerity, thoughtfulness, and ability to distill complex challenges into actionable insights. His blend of professionalism and deeni tarbiyah makes his guidance especially valuable for faith leaders. In my 20 years of serving as an imam and running an Islamic seminary, I went through many struggles without the benefit of such a structured program. The Miraj Collective, based on prophetic principles, is long overdue, and I am confident it will be an invaluable investment for imams, teachers, and scholars striving to lead with excellence."
Mufti Minhajuddin Ahmed - DarusSalam Seminary, Lombard, IL
"I went to Othman because I felt like i was stuck...He pushed me to redefine "success" for myself, identify and prioritize what's important to achieve it, become more intentional with my time and actions, and really define the "why" behind my goals."
Muhammed - Big Tech
"Working with Br. Asheq has helped bring more clarity and balance into our leadership. His ability to integrate prophetic principles with practical frameworks is rare and deeply needed. Programs like Miraj are essential for imams and community leaders today. We often serve everyone else but rarely have the structured support to strengthen our own leadership and well-being."
Mufti Abdul Wahab Waheed - Miftaah Institute
"I was winding down a dark path of depression, lack of trust, feeling lost and my self-confidence crumbling...Othman's clarity, believing in me, energy and him sharing his vulnerabilities
reassured me that I am not alone and this journey is achievable by anyone."
Big 4
"Miraj is an exciting initiative that I hope will pave the way for faith leaders to serve with higher degrees of excellence. The combined knowledge, experience, and skill sets of the coaches enable them to offer modules that will be both grounding and transformative in sha Allah. Investing in the growth of our imams, teachers, scholars, and community leaders is essential for our future success in this country."
Shaykh Yahya Rhodus - Al-Maqasid
"Working with Othman has been truly transformative. His guidance has deepened my understanding of myself and my spiritual journey."
Usman - Big Tech

Who is Miraj for?

Imams, scholars, board members, school/institute leads, seminary graduates and others carrying amanah in a masjid or Islamic organization.

How is this different from typical coaching?

We coach through a Prophetic framework (Tawheed, Tazkiyah, Umran) translated into daily leadership systems you can use immediately.

Is this religious instruction, therapy, or executive coaching?

Executive coaching grounded in Prophetic teachings. This is NOT a class or therapy; when needed, we can refer you to scholars or licensed clinicians.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for a 90-minute live session weekly and an additional 1-2 hours of self-paced work and cohort suhba.

How do cohorts work?

Our cohorts match groups at similar stages in life and career with weekly recordings, live coaching, case studies, and community engagement.

Do you offer 1 on 1 coaching instead of a cohort?

Yes, limited spots are available for 1 on 1 coaching for specific goals and accelerated change.

Is Miraj only for men?

For now, Miraj is dedicated to coaching Muslim men. Our content on our social channels however is beneficial to both men and women.

How much does it cost?

We will review investment and payment options during the introductory call. Generally our group coaching ranges in price from $2k-$10k depending on which cohort you are joining.

This sounds interesting, but I don’t feel ready to join yet. How can I still be part of Miraj?

That’s absolutely fine. Growth takes time. You can still sign up to receive monthly updates, videos, and news about upcoming events. You can also subscribe to our YouTube channel for ongoing informative content. This way, you’ll stay connected, benefit from valuable resources, and take the step into our programs when the time feels right.
