If you are building your future, but unclear about who you are and where you're going,
This is for you.
You work in a world that demands everything from you. Long hours. Endless choices. A culture that often does not reflect who you are or what you believe. You want to build your career, to make your mark, to carry ambition with pride.

But beneath the achievements, your heart feels restless. In the rush of work you often feel alone, surrounded by people yet unseen in your struggle. Each step forward in your career seems to ask for something in return, a quiet sacrifice of faith or time with Allah. You do not want to sacrifice who you are for who you want to become, yet the pressure is always there.

You carry these questions in silence, unsure who would understand. Your family sees a leader, younger men look to you for guidance, but only you know the loneliness of carrying this weight while fearing what you might lose along the way. What you need is suhba, a circle of brothers who remind you that you do not have to walk this path alone.

More than anything, you want greater blessings in your time, clarity in your decisions, and confidence that every step you take builds toward your akhirah as much as your dunya.

With Miraj, you will:

Build structures of discipline that bring balance and focus into your time.
Replace the feeling of being lost with a framework that gives direction and confidence in both faith and career.
Receive spiritually principled executive training that equips you with leadership skills while keeping your identity and values intact.
Find connection through suhba, a circle of brothers who share your struggles and lift you in your ascent.

Following the Prophetic methodology
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was the greatest teacher and guide. His way joined clarity of faith, discipline of the self, and service to others. This Prophetic framework is the foundation of Miraj and the path for young Muslim professionals who want to rise with both ambition and deen.

1. Tawheed

For the young professional, Tawheed means setting your compass early. It is learning to place Allah at the center of your career so that every decision is guided by akhirah. In a world of long hours and endless choices, Tawheed gives clarity. It keeps you from chasing what fades and anchors you in what lasts. When you begin with Tawheed, your career does not pull you away from your faith, it deepens it.

2. Tazkiyah

As you step into the pressures of work, Tazkiyyah is what steadies you. It is the purification of the self, the discipline to control reaction, and the ability to lead with integrity. Tazkiyyah allows you to carry yourself with presence in Salah and composure in the workplace. It builds emotional intelligence that strengthens relationships and protects you from being consumed by stress or ego. It is how you grow into a leader others respect and trust.

3. Umran

Even at the start of your career, Umran reminds you that your success is not only for yourself. It is about serving your family, uplifting your community, and laying foundations for a legacy. Umran calls you to use your skills, your position, and your ambition to contribute to something greater than your own advancement. When you live with Umran, your career becomes more than a job. It becomes a means of building a life of barakah that outlives you.

This program shapes young Muslim professionals into leaders who carry confidence, emotional intelligence, and career excellence while staying anchored in faith, strengthened by suhba, and equipped with spiritually principled executive training.
Those whose transformation has already begun
"I have interacted with Br. Ashequl Hoque in various settings and was always impressed by his sincerity, thoughtfulness, and ability to distill complex challenges into actionable insights. His blend of professionalism and deeni tarbiyah makes his guidance especially valuable for faith leaders. In my 20 years of serving as an imam and running an Islamic seminary, I went through many struggles without the benefit of such a structured program. The Miraj Collective, based on prophetic principles, is long overdue, and I am confident it will be an invaluable investment for imams, teachers, and scholars striving to lead with excellence."
Mufti Minhajuddin Ahmed - DarusSalam Seminary, Lombard, IL
"I went to Othman because I felt like i was stuck...He pushed me to redefine "success" for myself, identify and prioritize what's important to achieve it, become more intentional with my time and actions, and really define the "why" behind my goals."
Muhammed - Big Tech
"Working with Br. Asheq has helped bring more clarity and balance into our leadership. His ability to integrate prophetic principles with practical frameworks is rare and deeply needed. Programs like Miraj are essential for imams and community leaders today. We often serve everyone else but rarely have the structured support to strengthen our own leadership and well-being."
Mufti Abdul Wahab Waheed - Miftaah Institute
"I was winding down a dark path of depression, lack of trust, feeling lost and my self-confidence crumbling...Othman's clarity, believing in me, energy and him sharing his vulnerabilities
reassured me that I am not alone and this journey is achievable by anyone."
Big 4
"Miraj is an exciting initiative that I hope will pave the way for faith leaders to serve with higher degrees of excellence. The combined knowledge, experience, and skill sets of the coaches enable them to offer modules that will be both grounding and transformative in sha Allah. Investing in the growth of our imams, teachers, scholars, and community leaders is essential for our future success in this country."
Shaykh Yahya Rhodus - Al-Maqasid
"Working with Othman has been truly transformative. His guidance has deepened my understanding of myself and my spiritual journey."
Usman - Big Tech

Who is Miraj for?

Elite Muslim men typically within the first 7 years of their careers who want direction grounded in faith and looking to accelerate their career trajectory.

How is this different from typical coaching?

We coach through a Prophetic framework (Tawheed, Tazkiyah, Umran) translated into daily leadership systems you can use immediately.

Is this religious instruction, therapy, or executive coaching?

Executive coaching grounded in Prophetic teachings. This is NOT a class or therapy; when needed, we can refer you to scholars or licensed clinicians.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for a 90-minute live session weekly and an additional 1-2 hours of self-paced work and cohort suhba.

How do cohorts work?

Our cohorts match groups at similar stages in life and career with weekly recordings, live coaching, case studies, and community engagement.

Do you offer 1 on 1 coaching instead of a cohort?

Yes, limited spots are available for 1 on 1 coaching for specific goals and accelerated change.

Is Miraj only for men?
